Hello.

A week ago I became a Co-Admin of a forum hosted on GetForum. I want to be able to have access to the outer ACP, but there's a problem. When I type in my username and password, I get the message "Wrong username or password", but I know that my details are correct. I also set up my own test forum on GetForum and I can log in to the outer ACP for that account with no problem.

Any suggestions?

I apologise for the delay in posting this reply. I tried resetting the password, but I got a message that said something like "There is no such user." Again, I know my details are correct.

What are you trying to put?

robc you are not the main admin jb is and she would have to go into the outer with her un & pw.. your un & pw will not work in the outer ACP for security reasons..
