My forum is www.rx8forum.gr (http://rx8forum.portal4free.com/index.html)

Today I had some problems due to changes that have been done to transfer from unityfree.

I have just paid for domain to be used with my forum and in total the paid services are the following:

1. Your own domain to be used with your forum
2. Possibility to change freely in forum styles
3. Remove ads

I have changed the name servers to

ns1.getforum.org
ns2.getforum.org

However,

www.rx8forum.gr is not working. Only http://rx8forum.portal4free.com/index.html is working and I have no portal. Also http://rx8forum.portal4free.com/acp is not working.

It should work now, the only thing is that dns changes takes time, up to 24 hours.

www.rx8forum.gr is working BUT problems exist:

- Portal is not working (http://www.rx8forum.gr/board/portal.php or http://rx8forum.portal4free.com/board/portal.php)
- ACP is not working (http://www.rx8forum.gr/acp or http://rx8forum.portal4free.com/acp)
- I log in successfully and the system shows as I am not logged in

Portal is not any more at: http://www.rx8forum.gr/board/portal.php is at http://www.rx8forum.gr/portal.php
There is no more /acp, it's not needed anymore.

also I see ads but I have paid to remove the ads for 1 year

any news about the portal ?

The error with portal we will have to work on, right know we don't have a clue why your portal is not working. There is no general failures like that on other forums.
When did you pay for removing the ads?

Here is the receipt for 1 year and also the reassurance that if I change from unityfree to your servers my paid service will still be applicable

PORTAL_ON_OFF: was OFF. Now I switched it to ON and the portal is working !
