I have tried several times to pay for the ads to removed, however it keeps being denied.

After a lot of times trying to pay I realise I only have debit card is there a way to make payment to you using this card please

As I would like to remove adverts from the forum

McRae 69 does your debit card have a visa or mastercard logo on it?? if it does you can use that card like a regular credit card just use the drop down button on the paynova popup and press the logo that is on your debit card fill in the rest of the information and it should work. now after you have followed the upper directions and it still does not work i would call your bank and find out if the card has been closed if not then go back and try again now after you have done that and it still will not work then post back here and we will highlight this post so the admin can see it and try to help you on this problem...

It does have the visa logo on it.

I have filled all the details in correctly.

I have been in touch with my card issuer and they have no records of any failed attempts to release funding to Paynova.

I have tried to pay again this evening and still rejected.

I have also been in touch with Paynova and they say

The transactions were denied by the bank/card issuer. Can you please contact them to see why they haven't authorized the transactions from Paynova?

I hope you can help me out please.

but this was prior to me phoning the card issuer.

here's a copy of what I get on the screen after trying to pay

Your payment could not be completed at this time due to one of the following errors
- Incorrect card details
- You exceeded your credit limit
- Your credit institution is unavailable at this time

McRae 69 you will have to do that its the card that is being declined there is no way that we can.



McRae 69 there should ba a number on the back of the card call that number and see if the customer service center can tell you why thay are declining that card.

Sorry I meant I have contacted them and that is what they said to me

I have contacted customer service and they have no reason why the card is being decined as Paynova have not applied for the money

McRae 69 if you have a paypal account i think the admin still has one and i think you may be able to pay that way i dont know?? what i will do is highlight this post and lets see if the admin will let you pay through paypal..

Hi Admin i'm still having problems trying to pay for the ads removal, I have had another reply from Paynova.



I hope this isn't classed as bumping please can you help me for an alternative way of making payment

You can also pay the same amount to paypal: admin@getforum.org and later tell me about it and we will take away the ads manually.
