In our efforts to improve service and offer better quality more adapted to your needs, we are going to make a big change in our service.

The 1:st of February , all the pre-installed forums in UnityFree will be transfered to GetForum.org, in order for all our users to avoid to come in contact with more webhosting functions than needed.

Q) What if I would like to still be within Unityfree or if I need a web hosting account?

A) All clients that would like to stay within UnityFree or would like to use everything offered, WILL needs to pay for this. The fee for this will be 19€ or $25, and this includes the starting fee and one year of hosting. After the 15:th of January, this fee will be increased to 29€ ($35) until the 22:nd and then the fee will be increased to 49€ ($58). The period of payment will be from 01/02/2011 to 31/01/2012, even if you pay before the 1:st of February

Note 1: If you have not payed before the 31:st of January, your forum will be transferred to GetForum.org with the same address as before.

Note 2: If you would like to stay within UnityFree, you have to ask us to create an invoice in your account


What happens with my account after the 31:st of January?

In UnityFree:

* The pre-installed forum will be updated to phpBB3 3.0.8.
* The address will change, all accounts will get a new domain (example: http://myaccount.unityfree.com) or you can have an external domain.
* All accounts will get access to the new control panel (that right now is at /acp).
* 5 databases ontop of the one included for the forum, 1Gb ftp web space for hosting (not counting with the space needed for the forum).
* The pre-installed forum will still have publicity, but you can anytime transfer you pre-installed forum to the ftp space of the hosting to have full access to files and database and without having publicity.


In GetForum:

* The forum will be updated to phpBB3 3.0.8
* The account will kept the old address
* You can edit the styles without limits for 19Eur/year or $25/year.
* You will be able to use your own domain.
