I've been away a lot, this summer and missed the email about the update . Today is the first that I've seen the red captions announcing the change and possibility of loosing my site.

I'm trying to upgrade to phpbb3 through acp. When I try to link into the update, I'm not able to get to it. It's asking for my name & password and not taking the one I usually use. (I'm logged on here, using my DD's email ).

I've tried requesting my password, and have not rec'd anything in my mailbox.

ReadyMom-EHP2 are you the one that started that forum??? if so then look at your junk email folder or in some email providers they call it the spam folder. some email providers move our emails there. open that folder up and look for our email to you it should be there. if not then redo the lost password and look there give it an hour or two to show up if it does not get there post back here and we will help you out.. IF you are not the person that started the forum then you will need to contact the person that started that forum to get the information..

The email inside /acp is capadmin (at) comcast.net Should we change it?

yes. That is the correct email: capadmin@comcast.net

But capadmin@comcast.net is the same as capadmin (at) comcast.net

(sorry to confuse you ... I meant "yes, you have the correct email address".) Please use capadmin@comcast.net

Well, I finally got an email to change my password. When I went to the page, I got this message:

I have clicked on the option to resend password, again. -k

I hand typed (NOT cut & pasted) the user-name you sent me and the password. Neither are going through . -k

2nd try to enter uisng the rec'd link for new password is NOT working .

Still no luck. -k
