What is the conversion rates for the ads to be removed from your forum.

currently the conversion rate is:

1.) 4.1662 US Dollars (USD) is equal to 3 Euro (EUR)
2.) 41.6618 US Dollars (USD) is equal to 30 Euro (EUR)
