I need to get into the outer ACP to upgrade from phpbb2 to phpbb3, however another admin who is no longer part of the board did not give me the information I need to get into the outer ACP so I can do this. There is also no way for the other admin to contact me they no longer had internet access or a phone to call me. I will PM a new username and password for the outer ACP.

I need the user name and password reset so that I can access it TO do the upgrade
