You have to upload the files with ftp or webftp to the www folder, not the application file manager.

Can I not just move the files in the net2ftp file manager. When i use the net2ftp to upload the files they come up as web builder files. The WYSIWTG web builder gave me the option to publish to your server which is what I did and the files ended up in the file manager but not the www. folder.

Do you mean the www. folder that shows up in the net2ftp file manager or am I meant to be somewhere else?

Sorry im new to all this ;)

Ok in a right mess now,

Have logged in to acp and added ftp user then used that user and password to connect to server both with the publishing option on WYSIWYG web builder and the upload bit on the net2ftp file manager and also now downloaded filezilla. All options send file to same place. What am I doing wrong??????? :=: :=: :=:

Can conect to the server, can transfer files to www. folder on the server, they are in there????????
but I still have no web page?????????

I have deleted the www. folder, and inside the www folder you can delete or upload what you want.
